You don't have to have 20 ingredients, or fancy kitchen tools for this super yummy and awesome grab and go breakfast/snack! As a busy mom of 3 little ones (4 if you count my hubby!😋) I know how important your time and your families health is! You really can't go wrong with this recipe! In fact, my 6-year-old helped me make this and I am pretty sure she could have done it completely by herself! (Except for the oven part!) So invite your little humans into the kitchen for this one! They will have a blast!

🍽 Prep Time: 5 minutes

⏰ Cook Time: 20 minutes

🕗 Total: 25 Minutes

Tools:

  • 1 greased muffin tin
  • 1 Large mixing bowl
  • 1 potato masher
↓ This is the one I have and I love it! It has so many uses! I literally use mine all of the time!

Ingredients:

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 3-4 bananas

Instructions:

Pre-heat oven to 350℉
Spray muffin tin

Add 3-4 bananas to large mixing bowl

Using a potato masher, mash bananas until just slightly lumpy!

Add 2 eggs, still using the potato masher, incorporate eggs into bananas. (you can mash or whip)

Add cake mix and continue to mash or whip until smooth

Add mix to the muffin tin.

Cook for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Cool and eat!

I made 18 all together! 12 regular and 6 with nuts!

And that's it! Just store them in a large zipper bag, and get them whenever you want! I hope ya'll enjoy them as much as my little Moore family did! Give them a try and let me know how it went! Did your little one's have fun with them? If so feel free to like and share! 💜

Remember: "You make your own happiness, it doesn't come to you."
